What types of payment are accepted and what are your payment terms?
We currently accept checks, money orders and cash. Payment terms depend on the project itself. Residential items are normally 1/2 down and 1/2 upon completion.
Do you offer design services?
Yes we do! We can capture your ideas on paper for a nominal fee. If you want to see that vision come to life, we will waive the design fees as a courtesy to our customers.
Can I make a change to my order once submitted?
Please call us immediately. There is a possibility that we might not have cut the items to size or that it might be a change that we can fit into the existing design. While we cannot promise this, we will do everything we can to accommodate your changes.
What is your turnaround time for completion of a project?
Since we deal with 100% custom work, we are unable to make that determination until we have an idea of what your specific needs are. Some small items can have turnaround time of a few days, while larger projects may require weeks to complete.
If I have an idea, can you put it on paper?
Yes. WE have an in-house designer that can take your ideas and make them a reality right in front of your eyes. It is that type of collaboration that will make your piece truly one of a kind.
